Ozone (O3), is used extensively in the production of high quality bottled waters to provide disinfection before, during and after bottling. Large quantities of ozone rich gas can be exhausted at the point of disinfection as well as at the filling stage. Due to the high toxicity of ozone the safe removal from the atmosphere protects both staff, equipment and the environment.
Watermation produces a series of ozone catalysers or ozone destroyers as they are sometimes known, that are both economical and reliable. Standard units range in capacity from 1m3 to 42m3 per hr. All are fitted with a digital display and thermostatic heating controller and feature a range of process connections to suit any installation.
All Watermation Ozone Catalysers can be customisied to suit individual applications with extraction systems and larger capacity units designed to suit individual requirements.
